If you cancel with less than 24 hours until your appointment you will lose a session or will be charged 100% of the session fee

If you are late your appointment will be cancelled and you will lose a session or be charged 100% of the session fee

Refunds are not offered

All paid treatments must be used within 6 months of paying your deposit or they will be lost

Crown Wellbeing Clinic Ltd reserves the right to terminate treatment if the client is behaving in an unacceptable manner.
